Coach Sarah’s passion for gymnastics is unparalleled. She has over 25 years of experience in competitive gymnastics, and continues to compete nationally, as well as at overseas competitions.

 

Coach Sarah is a firm believer that the foremost aim of an educator is to spark the love for learning, and to nurture each child holistically.  Under her direction, Dreams' programs are aimed not only towards gymnastics training, but also character building, life skills and mental training. 

 

A dedicated and caring coach, Coach Sarah has personally groomed many gymnasts at Dreams. She coaches the full spectrum of programs - Pre-school, Kinder, Recreational, Developmental and Competitive.  She has also helmed the gymnastics programs at schools including Pat's Schoolhouse, Etonhouse, Montessori, St Joseph's Institution International, as well as the Singapore Chinese Girls' School (Primary).

Under Coach Sarah's tutelage, our Competitive gymnasts, many of whom started training with her as young pre-schoolers, have achieved many honours and awards at national and regional competitions including the National School Games, National Championships and Singapore Open Championships. Coach Sarah has also groomed a handful of gymnasts for our Singapore National Team's high-performance pathway.

Coach Sarah is a successful entrepreneur, with Dreams being her third Company. She brings together business management acumen, gymnastics expertise, and a love for children. Coach Sarah has the heart to nurture children, with full faith that the positive values imparted will equip them to achieve their fullest potential - in sports, in school, and in life. She aspires through Dreams to shape future generations of young gymnasts in Singapore.

Coach Sarah is MOE, National Registry of Coaches (NROC) and National Coaching Accreditation Programme (NCAP) certified.
